New-construction homes give us a clean canvas, and we use it. We upgrade builder kitchens into custom, chef-caliber rooms with real cabinetry, stone surfaces, and integrated appliances; we replace flat-panel doors and hollow trim with architectural millwork, paneling, and built-ins; and we design layered lighting that gives every room depth the default package never could. The bones are already good, and we make them feel intentional.
In the primary suite we create the retreat the floor plan promised: a spa bath with heated stone, a freestanding tub, and a custom vanity, plus a fitted closet. For 55+ and downsizing clients, we plan for how a home will live over the long term: comfortable, gracious, low-maintenance, and beautiful, proving that a smaller footprint can carry every bit of the luxury of a larger one.

1. Start with a conversation
A consultation at our Little Silver studio or your property. We talk through the space, the scope, how you live or work in it, and what you want the finished project to accomplish. No obligation, and you will always be speaking with Beth.
2. Design and decisions
Space planning, materials, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and furnishings developed into one coherent plan, with drawings and documentation your contractor and trades can actually build from.
3. We carry it to the finish
We coordinate the trades, manage orders and timelines, and stay on the project through installation and styling, so you get a completed space rather than a plan left for you to assemble.
