INSABELLADESIGN is a residential and commercial interior design firm founded in 1996 by Beth Insabella Walsh. From our studio in Little Silver, New Jersey, we develop interiors around the people who live and work in them, bringing together space planning, custom details, lighting, materials, and furnishings.
We serve clients in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Florida. Each project begins with your priorities, the character of the space, and how it needs to function.
Meet Beth Insabella Walsh
Beth Insabella Walsh brings more than 30 years of interior design experience, with work spanning private homes, corporate offices, healthcare, and government facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and previously served as Director of Interior Design at a New Jersey architecture and interiors firm.
Beth leads the design direction, with the project team coordinating the drawings, selections, purchasing, and installation included in each engagement. We listen to what you want to keep, what needs to change, and the way you want the finished space to feel.

Our approach to materials
We select materials for their appearance, intended use, maintenance, and relationship to the rest of the interior. Your priorities and budget guide the palette. Where a project calls for particular environmental or performance standards, we review product information and coordinate those requirements with the project team.
Flooring, fabrics, cabinetry, lighting, and furniture are considered together. We review samples alongside the details you are retaining, so you can see how the colors, textures, and finishes will relate before the selections are finalized.
Residential and commercial projects
Our residential work brings together room layouts, kitchens and baths, custom millwork, lighting, and furnishings. We can design around pieces you want to keep or develop a complete interior, coordinating the selections and installation services agreed for your project.
Our commercial portfolio includes offices, healthcare settings, government facilities, and shared building interiors. We plan spaces around the organization, its users, and the experience of arrival, coordinating the interior details with the responsible project professionals.
