Before finalizing a renovation or furnishing plan, we discuss the requirements that apply to your property. For a condominium, that can include building review procedures, working hours, freight-elevator reservations, and delivery access. For a townhouse, stairs and entry dimensions can influence the size and assembly of furnishings.
We coordinate the agreed interior design work with your contractor, architect, and building team. Confirming responsibilities and access early helps connect the design with the practical steps needed to install it. Requirements depend on the building and the work proposed.

Beth Insabella Walsh brings more than 30 years of interior design experience, with work spanning private homes, corporate offices, healthcare, and government facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and previously served as Director of Interior Design at a New Jersey architecture and interiors firm.
We serve Jersey City from our Little Silver, New Jersey studio. Studio or site meetings are arranged to suit the project.
