Furnishing an existing home can include furniture layouts, upholstery, rugs, window treatments, and lighting, with pieces you want to keep considered from the start. For renovation work, the scope can also include kitchens and baths, custom cabinetry, and interior drawings. Purchasing and installation coordination are defined with the design engagement.

A bedroom project may focus on the furniture layout, lighting, window treatments, and storage. A bathroom renovation brings the layout, cabinetry, materials, and lighting into the same plan. We define which rooms and decisions belong in the brief, with interior drawings and selections coordinated with your architect or contractor where the work requires them.
Furniture also has to reach the room. We review stairs, elevators, delivery access, and building arrangements as part of project coordination. For renovation work, the interior plans are developed with the building's requirements and the appropriate project professionals.

Beth Insabella Walsh brings more than 30 years of interior design experience, with work spanning private homes, corporate offices, healthcare, and government facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and previously served as Director of Interior Design at a New Jersey architecture and interiors firm.
