1. Start with a conversation
A consultation at our Little Silver studio or your property. We talk through the space, the scope, how you live or work in it, and what you want the finished project to accomplish. No obligation, and you will always be speaking with Beth.
2. Design and decisions
Space planning, materials, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and furnishings developed into one coherent plan, with drawings and documentation your contractor and trades can actually build from.
3. We carry it to the finish
We coordinate the trades, manage orders and timelines, and stay on the project through installation and styling, so you get a completed space rather than a plan left for you to assemble.

Do you renovate older beach cottages into more substantial homes?
Yes, and it is probably our most common Manasquan project. Most of these houses do not need more square footage so much as a better use of what they have: pushing a wall between the kitchen and the back room, swapping a cramped stair for one that does not eat the plan, and giving the mudroom enough hooks and bench space that it actually gets used instead of ignored.
Can you make a beach house both beautiful and family-durable?
Yes, that is the technical half of the job. Performance textiles that resist salt and sun, sealed stone or engineered surfaces instead of anything porous, and hardware and finishes rated for coastal exposure let a room look as good as any inland home while shrugging off actual beach life day after day.
Do you design for entertaining and lots of guests?
Yes, hosting is basically assumed here. Beyond the primary bedrooms, we plan sleeping capacity for a full house, extra bath fixtures so mornings do not bottleneck, and casual gathering space that can absorb a crowd without everyone being stuck in the kitchen.
Are you a full-service firm or decoration only?
Full-service, space planning, custom kitchens and baths, millwork, lighting, furnishings, art, and project management, all led personally by founder Beth Insabella Walsh.
Do you work near the inlet and riverside as well as the beachfront?
Yes. Whether the lot faces the ocean, backs onto the river near the inlet, or sits in one of the quieter blocks further from the water, we start each project by figuring out what that particular site gives you in light and view, then design around it rather than treating every address the same.
Will the founder personally handle my project?
Yes, on every job regardless of scope. She is accountable for every decision from the first walkthrough onward, not just the parts that are easy to hand off once the concept is approved.
