A multi-generation seasonal condo renovation that transformed the space to reflect tropical island charm with sleek lines, bright aesthetics, and harmonious design elements for all generations to enjoy.
Project Overview
This renovation transformed a multi-generation seasonal condo in John's Island, FL, to reflect the island's tropical charm. The design features sleek lines and a bright, airy aesthetic, incorporating a rich color palette and natural materials. Existing multi-generational furniture was creatively integrated with new furniture into the new design. Unique elements include a hand-blown glass chandelier and locally sourced artwork. Additional touches like book-matched marble, mother of pearl mosaic tiles, vibrant fabrics, and tropical accents create a harmonious, inviting space for all generations to enjoy.
