Lincroft is an unincorporated section of Middletown Township that didn't settle on its current name until the post office adopted it in 1891, after going by Sandy New and then Leedsville. It's now a community of mature trees, wooded lots, and larger colonials and custom homes set well back from the road, anchored by Brookdale Community College and the 667-acre Thompson Park, the former Brookdale Farm estate Geraldine Thompson left to Monmouth County in 1968. Luxury Residential Interior Design in Lincroft
Our work is largely whole-home: reworking substantial colonials and custom homes floor by floor so they function for how the household actually lives now. We design kitchens built for real cooking and entertaining, primary suites with honed stone and a freestanding tub, paneled studies, wine rooms, and the custom millwork and layered lighting that make a large home feel deliberate rather than just spacious.
We favor a warm, transitional palette suited to the area's architecture: painted and natural-wood millwork, natural stone, lighting designed room by room. Where an older, formal layout resists modern living, we open it: connecting kitchen to family room, reworking sightlines, adding a proper primary suite, or reclaiming attic and basement square footage as real, usable space.

1. Start with a conversation
A consultation at our Little Silver studio or your property. We talk through the space, the scope, how you live or work in it, and what you want the finished project to accomplish. No obligation, and you will always be speaking with Beth.
2. Design and decisions
Space planning, materials, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and furnishings developed into one coherent plan, with drawings and documentation your contractor and trades can actually build from.
3. We carry it to the finish
We coordinate the trades, manage orders and timelines, and stay on the project through installation and styling, so you get a completed space rather than a plan left for you to assemble.
