Our work is heavily whole-home and new-construction: designing or reimagining large custom houses to make the most of their sites. We plan chef-caliber kitchens oriented to the water, primary suites with spa baths and freestanding tubs positioned to the view, great rooms with dramatic ceiling heights, wine rooms, and the millwork, casework, and layered lighting that keep an expansive home feeling intentional and warm.
We work in a refined, transitional-to-contemporary register that suits these homes: natural stone, rift-cut and reclaimed woods, plaster finishes, and glass detailed to disappear so the landscape does the talking. 1. Start with a conversation
A consultation at our Little Silver studio or your property. We talk through the space, the scope, how you live or work in it, and what you want the finished project to accomplish. No obligation, and you will always be speaking with Beth.
2. Design and decisions
Space planning, materials, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and furnishings developed into one coherent plan, with drawings and documentation your contractor and trades can actually build from.
3. We carry it to the finish
We coordinate the trades, manage orders and timelines, and stay on the project through installation and styling, so you get a completed space rather than a plan left for you to assemble.

Mostly through what is underfoot and overhead rather than through the glass itself: warm toned floors, a ceiling that is not just white drywall, and layered lighting on separate circuits so a room can be bright for morning coffee and low and warm once the sun is down over the water.
Do you offer full project management?
Yes. We manage design, custom millwork, trades, procurement, and installation under one roof, which matters greatly on demanding hillside sites. Our clients hire us so they can enjoy the process rather than coordinate it.
