A window-lined room needs a plan for both bright afternoons and evenings at home. We position seating and dining furniture around the outlook, then add lighting for reading, cooking, and gathering after daylight fades.
Condominium building requirements
Condominium renovations require attention to more than the apartment layout. We coordinate the interior scope with available building information, delivery access, and alteration requirements, working with building management and the relevant professionals as needed.
How a project works

Tell us about your home, the rooms involved, and what you want to change. After the initial consultation, a detailed proposal sets out the services and design fees.
02
Develop the design together
Review layouts, materials, lighting, and furnishings with us. We refine the selections with you and prepare the drawings and specifications included in your scope.
03
Bring the interior to completion
We coordinate the agreed work with your contractor and trades, manage furnishing orders and delivery, and stay involved through installation and styling.

Long Branch interior design questions
Can kitchen fixtures be moved in a condominium renovation?
That depends on the building, existing services, and proposed work. We can explore layout options, but technical feasibility and any required approvals must be reviewed with building management and the appropriate project professionals.
Can you help furnish an apartment without a major renovation?
Yes. We can develop a furnishing plan with furniture, upholstery, rugs, lighting, and window treatments. We check room dimensions and building access before selections are finalized, so the pieces fit both your home and the route for delivery.
What affects the design budget and timeline?
The rooms involved, extent of renovation, custom work, product availability, building requirements, and installation needs all affect the project. Share your priorities and anticipated investment at the initial consultation; a detailed proposal follows that conversation.
Can you work with my architect or contractor?
Yes. We coordinate the agreed interior design scope with the relevant project professionals. Design, engineering, construction, and approvals have different responsibilities, which should be established for the individual project.
