Monmouth Beach is a barrier peninsula barely two square miles, split almost evenly between land and water: the Atlantic on one side, the Shrewsbury River on the other. New Yorkers found it early. Vice President Garret Hobart, Jay Gould, William Fargo, and Guglielmo Marconi all built homes here in the borough's Gilded Age years, and Galilee, the borough's old fishing hamlet on the river, still carries that working-waterfront history. Today the housing runs from oceanfront residences and shore homes along Ocean Avenue and Beach Road to condos on Riverdale Avenue and Channel Drive with water views in both directions.

Our work spans oceanfront and riverfront houses and upscale condos with river or ocean views. We design light-filled interiors that make the water the center of the plan: custom kitchens built for entertaining, primary suites with honed stone and a freestanding tub angled to the view, open living areas, and the custom millwork, built-ins, and layered lighting that make a shore house feel finished rather than seasonal.
We favor a refined coastal palette: natural stone, quality woods, and performance fabrics chosen to withstand salt air and sun while still reading as elegant. Where a home's layout doesn't take advantage of its site, we rework the interior architecture: opening sightlines to the ocean or river, adding a proper primary suite, and connecting living spaces to decks and terraces so indoor and outdoor flow together.

Commercial Interior Design in Monmouth Beach

How a Project Works
1. Start with a conversation
A consultation at our Little Silver studio or your property. We talk through the space, the scope, how you live or work in it, and what you want the finished project to accomplish. No obligation, and you will always be speaking with Beth.
2. Design and decisions
Space planning, materials, millwork and cabinetry design, lighting, and furnishings developed into one coherent plan, with drawings and documentation your contractor and trades can actually build from.
3. We carry it to the finish
We coordinate the trades, manage orders and timelines, and stay on the project through installation and styling, so you get a completed space rather than a plan left for you to assemble.
