JOHNS ISLAND, FL RESIDENCE
This renovation transformed a multi-generation seasonal condo in John’s Island, FL, to reflect the island’s tropical charm. The design features sleek lines and a bright, airy aesthetic, incorporating a rich color palette and natural materials. Existing multi-generational furniture was creatively integrated with new furniture into the new design. Unique elements include a hand-blown glass chandelier and locally sourced artwork. Additional touches like book-matched marble, mother of pearl mosaic tiles, vibrant fabrics, and tropical accents create a harmonious, inviting space for all generations to enjoy.
