BAYHEAD, NJ RESIDENCE
This custom, new build beach house project in Bay Head, NJ was completed on an aggressive timeline to be ready for summer. Designed as a “casual and sophisticated” Jersey Shore retreat, the interior features a palette of serene blues, vibrant corals, and sandy neutrals, inspired by coastal surroundings and family preferences. Custom elements include smart technology, custom furniture, specialty flooring, and luxury kitchen features. Personalized bedrooms and bathrooms reflect individual coastal styles, achieved through close collaboration with the homeowners & design team. Large windows offer panoramic ocean-to-bay views, while outdoor spaces including the front porch and private balconies enhance relaxation. This project demonstrates that high-quality design and efficiency can successfully merge within a tight timeframe.
